We sure hope you are. Last week we touched on the emotional subject of celebrating a pregnancy after loss so this week, just in case you need a little BOOST in your day, we thought we would do something a little different. Pregnant bodies are pretty much the coolest thing ever. Changing, growing, adapting... making life! So awesome. Everybody knows how cool it is that you are making a baby but did you know about some of the other amazing things your pregnant body is doing?
Put self-care back on the "to do" list
With all of those changes going on in your body, taking good care of yourself obviously needs to be bumped right up to the top of the list! If you are not sure what to expect from pregnancy, labour, and birth then you should consider signing up for a Prenatal Education Class - knowledge is power!
In our next post we will be looking at how to care for yourself during a pregnancy after loss. A heavy, but hopeful, subject that needs to be talked about openly and with heart. Whole wellness happens when mind and body come together; and this is especially important in this scenario.
