Join Steph and Jenn plus 4 other amazing experts (sleep consultant, naturopathic doctors, mindfulness yoga instructor and our amazing nutritionist ) for 6 weeks of crazy good information that will completely alter your newborn and postpartum experience.
No matter how much your instagram feed shows you have it together, the truth is you need to get outta the house and meet new people! When you join our parent + baby group, you feel like an adult again. Plus, coffee. No brainer!
This is how it works.
Every Thursday at 10 AM (or 11 AM) starting in September - you get you and baby (don’t forget them) down to Hello, Baby!. Each week you’ll meet a new expert or topic you’re craving more information on so you can survive the next couple of weeks.
You’ll leave feeling confident and excited about parenting with the knowledge that you kinda know what you’re doing, and you’re not the only one feeling that way. Plus - mom friends for life!
