The New Parent Club is all about you, friend!
Connect with other new parents, share some #realtalk about the ups and down of parenting tiny humans, and learn from an awesome line-up of health & wellness professionals about how to take care of yourself along the way!
When you join the New Parent Club you can show up each week and let it all hang out!
Sit down every Thursday morning for 2 hours with a group of parents who are all going through the ups and downs that come with recovering from birth and parenting a tiny human.
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM Thursdays
in the livingroom!
Each week your group will be joined by a health + wellness expert who will talk with you about one of the many important parts of caring for yourself physically and emotionally as a new parent. Building self-care into your new life as a parent can be tough and we want you to get off to a strong start!
Over the course of each 6 week session you will get to know an amazing group of parents + babies and learn about:
✔ Nutrition for your postpartum body with Maggie Savage
✔ Boosting your immune system with Dr. Susan Joyce and Dr. Dana Marshall from Healthy Foundations Naturopathic Clinic
✔ Checking in with your emotional health with counsellors Tracey + Laura from C K Social Work
✔ Reconnecting with your body after birth with Sex Educator Brie Beukeboom
✔ And moving your body gently through yoga with Bonnie Carl of Mindful Mama’s Family Wellness
